ConversionX is a leading performance/affiliates marketing agency based out of Gurgaon. We offer a wide range of performance marketing solutions to a varied clientele. We are looking for Business Development professionals with prior experience in Digital Sales to join our rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying New Business opportunities and exploring industry trends in the field of Digital Media on PAN India Level.
- Doing competitive analysis and tactically analysing data to align with our goals and strategy and to improve our current offerings.
- Should work as a specialist to pitch direct clients, understanding their needs, setting right expectations and to make them understand performance marketing solutions and KPI’s.
- Experience of pitching campaigns on various models: CPC/CPV/CPL/CPA/CPI/CPR.
- Must have prior experience in client management, two-way communication with client and team, doing up sell and cross sell.
Best practice with proven results in client acquisition, retention and growth. - Should be able to take complete ownership for revenue generation from building, managing and scaling the revenue pipeline.
- Understanding client’s brief/need and developing customized marketing solutions and ideas to achieve closure.
- Align with cost, quality and timing’s targets which have been agreed with management for driving closures.
- Negotiate with clients to solidify the terms of each contract. Ensure each contract adheres to regulations and guidelines.
- Develop relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel.
- Develop and expand client partnerships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs, development of case studies for purposes of heralding client wins and for up-sell..
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in affiliate/performance marketing is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand data and have analytical discussions with clients on their marketing spends and outputs.
- High level of empowerment and decision-making ability.
